If I could give more stars I would! When I say I had the best experience I mean I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I dealt directly with Jon and Mike and they were wonderful! I am very pleased to say that Maple Hill Volkswagen has some of the most kind, caring, and respectful employees I've ever met. As a first-time car owner and having my first ever issue with my vehicle, it was a scary and tedious experience, but the people at Volkswagen turned it into an incredible experience, and I'd like to especially mention Hannah, the receptionist of the service department, because every conversation with her was nothing short of amazing.
