Recently just bought a car from Mark Miller, my point of contacts were Carlos and Austin who were extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, were able to answer all questions and make sure I was kept in the loop every step of the way! They were extremely quick to respond to all my texts and calls, even on their days off. They got me the best deal when trading in my other car, and made sure I had everything I needed to walk off the lot with my new car. They facilitated a loaner car while my newly purchased car is having some work done, and were able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend them, thanks for all your help!

The Mark Miller Subaru service manager and three employees healed my 100% negative experience with the service department agent who checked me in to my appointment. I was shocked and hurt by the rudeness, gender and age discrimination and ignorance of this initial agent.  A dealer employee, other service agents and especially the service manager miraculously transformed my total and unexpectedly painful experience. A sense of being understood and cared for, plus some financial help, amazingly transformed my initial terrible experience. I saw probably for the first time for a business how a negative experience can be erased by caring, understanding and offering some financial respite.This dealership became an auto  service home when previously it was just a good place to take my car. Here was proof that respectful secondary behavior can replace a completely negative initial one. Amazing.
