I wanted to take the time to thank Kaden and the entire team at Marthaler Honda of Ashland.   I have been buying vehicles for years in the Duluth market and am going to tell you why you should consider Marthaler Honda for your next vehicle purchase:   1)  This Dealership provides "DISNEY LEVEL" customer service!   This service not only occurs during the sale, but after.  I had a couple small concerns that I brought to Kaden and he and his team helped me to figure out a way forward that ensured I am a customer at this Dealership for life.  2)  Unlike MOST car dealerships in Duluth, MN area, I was offered a fair amount for my trade in.  In fact, they quoted me site unseen over the telephone and gave me the higher of the two numbers when I arrived at the Dealership.  This is the FIRST time in 36 years of buying cars, I have EVER been treated so fair.  3)  The optional service packages are by far the BEST I have EVER seen!   I have always been old school and purchase undercoating for all my vehicles as liking in Northern Wisconsin and Minnesota can be hard on a vehicle.   The process that Marthaler follows takes 3 days to ensure that things are done properly.    I have NEVER had a process take more than a few hours to a day and as such, have had problems with the Duluth dealerships undercoating pealing off from time to time.   The team at Marthaler does not apologize for their thorough and effective process as it is designed to last and truly protects your vehicle.    I hope that anyone reading my review will reach out to Kaden and his team at Marthaler Honda and visit the dealership.   I am at peace with my purchase and looking forward to doing more business with Kaden  and his team as long as God allows me to walk the face of this earth.   There are a lot of places a person can buy a car from, but there are very few that value and respect their customers the way the entire team does at Marthaler Honda of Ashland. These guys are the best! My wife and I were  on a trip across Wisconsin and the UP and the battery to the remote for our CRV was dieing. We stopped in at the dealership and they replaced the batteries in both key remotes at no charge! Friendly, professional,  and personable staff from the front door to the parts department. Highly recommend! Great Honda dealership!!

Using their online app was quick and easy.  This in spite of the 10 day wait for an appointment for a basic oil change.  The service staff is friendly and helpful.  Plan to spend at least an hour for the completion of the work.
