My experience with Tony and his team was the BEST I’ve received in a LONG WHILE! As a current Sales Manager myself with a history of various customer service roles the TRULY Red Carpet experience was extremely refreshing. It started with an after hours text from me inquiring about a used car they had. Tony reached out directly to me the very next morning, answered ALL of my questions, sent 2 videos recorded that morning just for me on a direct link, and even made a commitment on the price that met our budget before we made a one and a half hour drive. At this point, I’m already blown away by the service I had received, but Tony turned it up a notch. I text him when we were on our way, and he proceeded to pull the car into their drive-through service bay so that we can view it in a nice cool environment rather than standing in the 93° heat! His team and staff were very welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, they offered us waters, showed us around, and were genuinely friendly. Overall, the process was quick and seamless. I wish all of my experiences when making a substantial purchases could even be half as good as this one. Tony - if you see this… I can’t thank you enough! You truly delivered and hit all the marks. To make it better you made my daughter’s dream come true as this was the exact car her heart was set on!

I live in Atlanta and have had to deal with the Maserati dealership there for the past few years. I visit Charlotte often for work and decided to visit the Charlotte dealership for a new vehicle for my wife. We were pleasantly surprised by the customer service of the team at Maserati Charlotte. Sal and Colton were amazing and we had the smoothest, fastest leasing experience I have ever had in any dealership ever! They even brought the car we were interested in from South Park Mall so we could see it. The team here is fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a Maserati and will be using them for all my needs from this point forward.

Ny husband knows I am a car enthusiast for my birthday he took me to Maserati in Charlotte and I was able to check our all my favorite cars. The most of the insides are hand made and so intricate with details that cater to buyer. I found my dream car and I'm looking forward to purchasing it one day. The staff was so helpful and kind. They knew this meant so much to me and made it worth our time.

I picked up my first super car here! I made a deal with Sal over the phone and Luis took care of the financing. Took a little longer than my other car deals but it's understand due to the cost of the car. Can't wait to go back and pick up another toy!

When I brought my used car home, I found some issues. The front tires were expired, the tachometer lights didn't light up, and the battery tender was broken. After talking with Bob, the manager, everything was sorted out and taken care at my local dealer thanks to Foreign Cars International. He even called and set up the appointment and kept me in the loop. This is beyond excellent service! I cannot recommend this dealership enough! For my next purchase, I will be going there first. Excellent, excellent, excellent! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
