Had my 2015 Maserati Granturmiso Sport in for an oil change and general inspection. Although they seem to be short staffed, Chris and Donnie were extremely helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. I appreciated Chris' expertise and thoroughness to explain the service diagnostic process. Also the video inspection walk-through and wash return are a huge plus! I recommend and even though I live in San Francisco I'll be back...and I might be in the market for a new/used car in the future.

Woody and his team are great- everyone I’ve interacted with here while dealing with my GT is just top notch. For anyone needing a great place for service or repair they are best of breed. I did see a couple of somewhat negative comments in prior reviews, and I can say as a customer - that these reviewer’s expectations were simply unrealistic. When you have an exotic, antique, or rare vehicle, your mechanic can’t just go get a couple new parts from AutoZone - nor would you want them to - and when dealing with any exotic car, one simply cannot expect lightning speed when repair is needed - these are, after all, exotics…. and there can be significant delays for parts (even very small things - like some replacement bolts coming all the way from Modena) Just for some perspective, Mercedes vehicles for the US market are largely built in Alabama, and US market Toyotas are mostly built in Indiana - in far greater numbers than these cars. (that’s definitely a heck of a lot closer than Modena when you need a service part) I’m super pleased with my experience with this dealership - both the people and the exceptional attention and effort they put into their work and into my vehicle. .

If there is additional work that needs to be done, our service advisor Chris will send us a message, video of the car and estimate. The service has always been complete in a timely manner, and the vehicle nicely detailed prior to arrival.
