Im giving Maserati five stars primarily based on their customer service. We recently purchased a ‘23 Grecale and about 4 weeks in we started having troubles with the battery and the vehicle not starting. My wife called the service department and spoke with Kit and he quickly came up with a plan to pick up the car and get it back to the dealership to find out the problem. We got the car back a couple days later and all seemed to be fine, until today, the following day, when the battery died again. This time, keep in mind it’s Sunday, we contacted our salesman, Damian, and told him what happened and he went above and beyond and brought a loaner car out to our house so my wife could get to work the next morning. He also told us he would arrange having the vehicle towed back to the dealership to hopefully solve this problem permanently. We are so appreciative that Damian & Kit jumped to take care of our issue. This is not their fault directly but they helped us without hesitation. Also, Damian was excellent as our salesman when we purchased the Grecale. We gave him some challenges, unintentionally, and he handled everything with smile and made the process as seamless as possible.

Do not buy a car from anyone else other than Damien at Woodhouse. I have been in retail for 40 years. I have purchased many cars and luxury goods over those years and no one comes close to Damien as far as professionalism, and courteousness. I have had 2 Maseratis over the last 5 years and was looking for my next one. My last 2 were purchased at my local dealer on Long Island. Attempted to purchase my third one there. The dealer made the deal impossible to do for a number of reasons. I Googled the Maserati I was looking for and Woodhouse Maserati came up. On their site they had the exact model with the features that I was looking for. I called, got Damien and the rest is history. Within ~2 weeks I had the car delivered by David B, who was also professional and extremely punctual. They picked up the trade at the same time Also, a big thank you to Richard Fuertas in the finance department... well done as well. If my next car is one that Woodhouse is a dealer for, I will be a customer for life. If you are reading this...look no further and call Damien!
