It has been my preference to establish a home for my automotive sales & servicing needs and luckily found just that in the Tampa Maserati dealership. It was perhaps fortuitous, because I first actually visited the sister-dealership of Tampa Porsche next door. But due to a regrettable customer experience at Porsche, I’ve now found that home in the management and staff of Tampa Maserati and couldn’t be happier. This is a relatively small dealership office in size and the showroom area is temporarily limited while current construction is underway to expand the dealership presence. But what the location lacks in size, it delivers in outstanding customer experience. It is an absolute pleasure to work not only with sales associate Mr Benny Perez, but also with General Manager Chris Rogers who has demonstrated repeatedly that he’s not afraid to roll up his sleeves and interact directly with his clients to deliver excellence in customer service. I found Chris to be a good listener, he’s been attentive to my concerns and very responsive while we worked to find the specific car model and color-combination that I wanted. The level of service and expertise demonstrated by Benny is truly remarkable and in each instance he has exceeded my expectations. Mr Perez’s professionalism, together with his extensive knowledge of the features of the respective Maserati car models make the car buying customer experience seamless. It is my absolute pleasure to recommend the Tampa Maserati dealership, my new one-stop home for automotive needs and I look forward to the stellar client experience to which I’ve become accustomed.
