I have purchased 2 vehicles from then and they are by far the best used car dealership in Richmond. Never had any problems with the cars and I specifically ask for cars that I will not need expensive service or maintenance. The most trustworthy used car dealership I've ever been to. Great place to get your teenager a starter car as well

I Have purchased multiple cars from here as well as my father. Always an excellent experience with honesty and transparency that is hard to find in the used car market. Recently purchased a Highlander that had everything we needed for our growing family and they gave a very reasonable offer on my trade in. I will always buy here and see no reason to buy an absurdly expensive new car.

An outstanding experience at Mason Motor Company! Matt and Angel were very professional and understood our needs. Everything that I requested in regards to the vehicle purchased was shared. There also were no moments where we felt pushed into a decision while also being allowed to test drive, etc. as long as we would have liked. I’ve been going to Angel and Matt for a decade now. My son has had 3 cars from them. I have bought 4 cars and I just helped my daughter buy her second car from them. NINE CARS and every. Single. One. Has been amazing. The only reason why so many is 2 were totaled. Sadly. One was a trade in of my suv due to a divorce and I couldn’t do the high gas so they suggested a Prius. I’ll never look back!! My favorite is the care and concern they have for you as a person WHILE doing amazing business. I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to buy a car from any where else. Matt just knows how to pick great cars and Angel just knows lots of stuff!! Period!!
