I am not sure where to even start, but Beka and the team at Mastertech Automotive are excellent, kind, knowledgeable, and caring. This is the first time in my almost a decade of owning cars, that I have left an autoshop and actually felt heard, relived, and respected. This was my first time at this shop, but definitely not my last. I just moved to the area and my lovely Volkswagen decided to start overheating with no obvious cause.
