Car sales manager, Mathew is not your typical pushy salesman and is superbly honest and frank. Brian, the owner values his customers like family and treats them with loyalty and respect. Business is a great asset to Staunton and surrounding counties.

Master Tech automotive team is amazing Matt Rebecca and Kelly my auto tech helped me out in an emergency. I had a fuel injector go bad on my 2016 Dodge Caravan on a trip up to New York City. They got me right in and had my van finished up as quickly as possible. Exceptional customer service and their prices are great!

I came into Mastertech in a real bad situation - driving from PA to SC, had to pull over on the side of 81 with a blow in our exhaust. Was able to bring it in to these guys the next day as soon as they opened and they got me in the garage right away. They were honest, kind, timely, and fair with their price. I am not sure where to even start, but Beka and the team at Mastertech Automotive are excellent, kind, knowledgeable, and caring. This is the first time in my almost a decade of owning cars, that I have left an autoshop and actually felt heard, relived, and respected. This was my first time at this shop, but definitely not my last. I just moved to the area and my lovely Volkswagen decided to start overheating with no obvious cause. The team here had me in and out within a handful of hours and diagnosed an issue that I was told most likely detrimental by others (blown head gasket, transmission, motor, etc).
