Have serviced my car there for many years and it was also a similar experience. Service will often send a detailed video showing work that needs to get done on the car! very transparent through the whole process, sales and service.

Had a great experience with Bruce at Mastria Subaru. We went looking for a replacement for our '98 Forester, possibly a CrossTrek, but fell in love with the 2024 Outback and the rest is history. From having a not so great experience at a used car lot with people just trying to make a quick sale to working with Bruce G. at Mastria was a complete night and day difference. This was my first car buying experience and I went in expecting to deal with shady people but it was not that at all. Bruce was very thorough in walking me through the whole process. Before I even entered the doors for a test drive, Bruce called me to let me know that the car had not been on the lot long enough for them to clean or detail it.
