Had a great experience purchasing a new car from Mastria Subaru. This is the second new car I have bought from them. The salesman Craig was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I would highly recommend buying a new or used car from them. Have serviced my car there for many years and it was also a similar experience. Service will often send a detailed video showing work that needs to get done on the car! very transparent through the whole process, sales and service.

Had a great experience with Bruce at Mastria Subaru. We went looking for a replacement for our '98 Forester, possibly a CrossTrek, but fell in love with the 2024 Outback and the rest is history. The whole process from beginning to end was stress-free and enjoyable. If you're looking for a Subaru, look no further. Mastria Subaru is THE place to get your new car. The entire team is knowledgeable, professional and straight to the point. There was absolutely NO pressure at any point in the sale and for the first time in a while, we felt comfortable at a dealership. Our trade in was fair and we were shown the right amount of vehicles before completely being sold (just by the car itself!) on the 2024 Outback Wilderness. From having a not so great experience at a used car lot with people just trying to make a quick sale to working with Bruce G. at Mastria was a complete night and day difference. This was my first car buying experience and I went in expecting to deal with shady people but it was not that at all. Bruce was very thorough in walking me through the whole process.

Before I even entered the doors for a test drive, Bruce called me to let me know that the car had not been on the lot long enough for them to clean or detail it. That level of customer service and care is really what hooked me to go to Mastria.
