In the midst of a stressful situation of unexpectedly needing to lease a new vehicle, Chris, Aaron, and Gabriel were responsive, transparent, and a breath of fresh air. Thank you Mataga. Again , I was treated so nice. I’m always so impressed on how professional everyone is and how kind they are to people. To the point when I take my car in, I know that it’s gonna be taken care of and so will I. just with a cup of coffee or a water or a bag of chips or just a smile, they are always so kind. I took my car in for a recall, and they gave me a rental car without any questions asked . I came back to get my car, it was so nice and clean. They took such good care of me . I was treated like a queen!

I arrived at 7AM for my 7AM appointment and as I pulled up Ozzie was already standing outside as if he was waiting just for me. Ozzie greeted me, and I told him I had a 7AM appointment to replace my window trim. Ozzie had his hand held iPad of some sort and checked me in, I handed him my keys, he asked if I needed a ride somewhere, I explained that my husband was on his way. Two minutes later I received a text welcoming me to Mataga Cadillac. All of this took place in a matter of five minutes or less which made my drop off and pick up so nice and smooth. I received a text telling me my car was ready for pick up. The Sarah who handled my paperwork and did my walk around of my vehicle before I departed was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. She greeted me even though she was on the phone to let me know she would be right with me. My transaction for pick up was a great experience as well. I own two Cadillacs, a 2012 CTS and now a 2021 XT6 and I believe Cadillac are the most sexiest vehicles on the road today. They drive well and I’ve never had any major problems with them.
