Service department.... If you are looking to have your VW serviced here you can trust them. I know you as a human will have second thoughts because you used to take your VW to Larry Simmons but things change and you can definitely give there service department a shot just know that the ones that used to work at Larry Simmons some of the mechanics moved to this location. I just had an oil change and a vacuum pump put on my wife's VW Beetle and my experience from the call to schedule the appointment, to the drop off day, to the staff you run into and talk to were great. The only thing that I can say you will see a big difference in is the price for an oil change here is threw the roof. When I got an oil change completed at Larry Simmons before it only cost around $80. Here it is $160.
