Bought car site unseen a bit nervous. When I arrived my car was sitting out front and was perfect. Salesmen were very helpful willing to answer questions. Car was paid for and other places i have went to wouldn't put in the extra after they received their money. Not these guys they went above and beyond. Thanks again love my 2020 Mustang GT!

I was on a road trip from Texas with two dogs. My rear window would not roll up. I arrived at Matthew’s Ford at 2:30 pm. The service team diagnosed and fixed the problem. They installed a new master window switch. They did the work in the drive up lane. I didn’t need to go to the waiting room or remove the dogs from the truck. It was fixed for free under warranty. I was back on the road at 3pm. Amazing service! Thank you.

I want to just say how great Sandusky Matthews Ford is with their service department and customer service. When I called I was able to get through on the phone and talk to someone right away about the issue my car was having, I was in the shop within an hour, and driving again within another hour. The other Ford that was closer to my house didn’t answer the phone, and didn’t return my call for two days and better yet it was 4:30 on a Friday knowing they were closed for the weekend when they finally called me back. So my point is use this Ford in Sandusky for your repair needs or any other need they did an awesome job, they were all so nice and had me in and out and driving within 2-3 hours total from beginning to end. That is awesome service! Keep up the amazing work guys! They also have a beautiful building and a comfy waiting lounge. I definitely recommend times a million!

My first time taking my car to Mathews Ford, as we just summer in OH. But wanted it serviced before trip back across the country. I made an apt, had a very friendly person on phone and when I showed up they said should be about an hour and sure enough got the text it was done!! So very timely and very nice people I dealt with!!! I will be taking my car there when I am here in the summer!!! Thank you for such great service!!!
