Shortly after Darryl from sales reached out to me and assisted me on the finance process from the comfort of my own home! After sending in all the requested documents to Darryl about an hour later he sent me a few different options to go with my monthly payments and APR. Once I gave Darryl the go ahead on the deal I wanted he sent it over to finance. Melody from Finance reached out to me shortly afterwards to go over extra warranty options and provide me a couple of different options and what my new monthly payment would be after. I chose which one I wanted for that added peace of mind, it was an amazing deal! Melody then sent me docs to sign over email and then I was ready to pick up my new vehicle!!! This was honestly one of the easiest major purchases I’ve ever made. My salesperson, Sam, anticipated my every need and made the whole process simple and easy! He introduced me to all the staff before I left and showed me around so that I will be comfortable and confident when I return to have my car serviced. I was originally going to order a black 2024 Frontier SV king cab with technology and convenience packages directly from Nissan. We went down to Mathews to get more info on the process and Stoney Canady explained everything then told me they had a black 2024 Frontier SV crew cab, 4-wheel drive, with the long bed, and both packages I wanted for just a bit more than I was going to initially spend. Hmm, 4-door, 4-wheel drive, long bed, and at a fair price? Deal! Mr. Canady was a pleasure to work with, and he went over the entire truck with us, from front to back, explaining everything. This was one of the least stressful car buying experiences I've ever had. Thank you, Stoney, and if we're ever in the market for another vehicle, we'll be back.
