Matrix Autoworks is the best auto shop I have been to. I brought my car in for an oil change and an inspection of the vehicle. They were able to tell me exactly what work was needed and showed me physically what was going on. They have finance options as well when you’re in a bind. The entire process went very smoothly and their staff is friendly and professional. I will definitely be coming back from now on. Thank you to Thomas for all your help.

As a first time customer with Matrix, and after finding that parts required to correct my car’s issue were difficult to come by, my experience with Matrix was pretty outstanding. After several attempts to find a working part over a couple of weeks time, Matrix kept me apprised of all of the issues and options available to me. Their customer service couldn’t have been better and, as an out of state customer, I felt they understood my needs and were true to their word. Hands down the best auto repair shop I’ve ever experienced . Matrix provided professional, courteous, quality service throughout the time my vehicle was worked on. Thomas at the front of the shop kept me informed of everything that needed to be fixed, explained in detail what the issues were and how to address them. He also gave options in support of payments. I cannot say enough of how much I appreciate this courteous, professional service. I recently moved to the area and it was difficult to choose an auto repair shop with so many available. We had a great experience from Matrix. They took care of our needs and got our tire repaired and replaced very quickly.
