Listen… The manager Rob S has tier 1 customer service. There’s no ifs and or buts about it. We had a small problem and he more than took care of it, and immediately! That man knows how to treat a customer. Sergio our sales guy was amazing, he brought our new EV9 GT LINE to us and sat there for an hour going over the car with us ON HIS DAY OFF!! Like come on, who does that?!? Awesome stuff ???????????????????????????????? If we’re buying a Kia in the future, it’ll be with Sergio and Rob no doubt

My wife and I have been searching online for van then driving around for few days and stopping by some dealerships but don't feel comfortable how they did the paperwork and the vehicles they had, it was becoming frustration for us cuz we felt like we will make mistakes on buying vehicle from them but my gut kept telling me to go to mattblatt cuz I've always wanted to check them out. I had been at work browsing new vehicles and had seen a few I liked. With 2 jobs and a few kids, my availability for test drives and to actually complete the purchase was very limited. I had spoke with a few dealerships and was getting discouraged because even though they advertised online sales they still needed me present to complete the purchase paperwork. I didn’t want to use a completely online dealership because I did want to examine and see the vehicle in person before finalizing the deal. Matt Blatt in EHT made it happen for me. Ron helped me find a new SUV within my budget, obtain financing, and complete the paperwork virtually. He and his coworker drove the vehicle to my home (about 45 minutes from the dealership) so that I could test drive it and complete the purchase from my driveway. From start to finish I had a new vehicle in my driveway within a few hours without leaving my house. I have been buying from Matt Blatt for years and it’s reasons like this that they will continue to get my business. This was the best car buying experience by far and I am very happy with the service I was provided.
