I’ve been taking my vehicles there for several years. The current staff is the best they’ve ever had. The service dept was very helpful and responsive every time I had questions or concerns. Sheila was great and super knowledgeable.

Kevin in Service was absolutely amazing I gave him a hard time today because I was so frustrated He was so patient and so kind He didn't get up nor did he dismiss me or pass my along to someone else Kevin is an awesome asset to the company!!! Very professional and down to earth, so is the entire staff... everyone was kind today although I was highly upset about my car... I left happy thanks to you guys!! Also thanks to the head manager who stepped in to reassure me everything will be ok.

I honestly can't say enough about the great service I received. Kevin was amazing. I thought my factory warrant had expired and he found it and it was still in effect. I went above and beyond what I would have ever expected from a dealership. I will definitely spread the word about the great service I received and because of Kevin will continue to use Matt Bowers for my future service. I want to say thank you to Kevin for keeping me informed and guiding me through the process of a week long repair job.

Emre was the friend I needed when he let me test drive “The Evo” my dream car just 3 days after my Z was totaled in an accident. His passion and enthusiasm was hard to ignore pushing me to take a risk and get the car that was there for me it was meant to be. A car enthusiast I felt like he was a kindred spirit. The whole buying process was easy very direct. Communication worked with me and made me feel like family. I will buy my next car from Emery for sure. This was my first experience with Matt Bowers Ford and it was wonderful. Great communication and excellent service from my advisor, Nancy, and work was completed in relatively good time. Nancy was the person to work with my 3rd party warranty company and she accomplished what two previously hired mechanic shops could not. Because of her, I will return in the future if need be.
