My K5 was rear-ended January 27th and we had the car towed to Matt Castrucci Kia body shop for repairs. From day one Sondra did a fantastic job explaining the process and potential delays due to parts needing to be ordered and received. I stopped by to check on my car a couple of times and everyone was friendly and answered my questions with a smile. The day my car went back for paint Sondra reached out to let me know. The afternoon my vehicle was completed she even stayed late to give me time to get there to get paperwork signed and grab the keys before she went home for the evening. (I returned after hours to pick up my car) Thanks for doing a great job on my car and taking good care of us during the process. Very happy with my Kia K5 purchase and equally as happy with how we've been treated at the Kia body shop.

Awesome experience buying a brand new Carnival from this dealership. Phil Bailey went above and beyond to locate for me the exact vehicle I wanted. He worked out a swap with another dealer out of state, kept me updated regularly on the progress and closed out the sale with me very smoothly. He also walked me through the features of the car in detail. Great personality, cheerful, energetic, happy to help. Josh, the manager, was awesome too. He dealt with the paperwork, was jovial.
