We took our 2021 jeep compass in for service at 8am . Check in was extremely nice. Picked the car back up at 4pm. Check out was extremely nice. Get everything done walk out to the car and realize there's a problem. With the oil .  I got them involved and they got it taken care of within 20 minutes.   Even with me fipping out they kept there cool.

I had such a wonderful experience with my purchase through Matthews. The gentleman who assisted me, Adam, truly went above and beyond to help me as much as he did.  Buying a new vehicle can be such a difficult and tedious task, and I'm so grateful that I had Adam to guide me through the process.
