My service with Matthews Motors was superb. I’ve been looking around for a Tesla with pretty strict parameters on what I wanted regarding price, trade-in, mileage, etc. They had one that met all of my requirements so I called in and spoke with Audrena who was professional, upbeat, and spoke with confidence. She scheduled an appointment for Ashley and I to meet. Ashley was also professional, laid back, and not-your-average sales person. She matched my trade in without the typical dog-and-pony show I get from other dealers. There was no back-and-forth, there was no “ahh I have to talk to my manager” or “(less amount) is the best I can do” like I have experienced from other dealerships.
