Mauer GMC service department was amazing! Chad the service manager is by the nicest and best dealership employee I have ever worked with. I recently purchased a vehicle from a different dealership and discovered issues I called them up explained my issue and that my car was recently purchased from a different dealership and that they didn’t want to help me. I was told by Mauer GMC to come in on Monday and they would have a technician check it out. Today I got my vehicle back with the issue addressed and taken care of. I highly recommend the service department and will not hesitate to work with them in the future.

Everyone at Mauer GMC was great to work with. Alec was able to quickly find a truck that met my needs, he made my wife comfortable with my choice, was easy to like and trust. Tony helped me find the right financing option and close on the sale. I've been back to the service department to get a tonneau cover installed and met with parts to purchase floor liners. I couldn't be happier with my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali from Mauer GMC!
