I had a tail light replaced. The project took longer than expected AND more money BUT Jared, my service agent, was very communicative during the whole process. He went above and beyond when the repair took longer than expected and I was going to be without a vehicle. He not only got me a set up with a rental, but had it dropped it off at my work and traded out my SUV the next day. It was so appreciated! Definitely would use again for future repairs.

We bought a new 2024 Equinox Premier, and our Sales Specialist was Christopher Mulberry. He was fantastic to work with and it was the best experience we have had in purchasing a vehicle in the past 40 years. I’ve worked in the sales industry for nearly a decade and am regularly disappointed working with sales reps. Today I worked with Dallas and I have to say Dallas is an incredible rep to work with. I came to Mauer Main today looking for more information on the Colorado. Dallas was educational, caring and personable. While I had some trepidation about making a decision today he eased my concerns without pushing but by carefully inquiring and answering genuinely. I never felt that he was after his own agenda. We were in the middle of a trip with our 5th Wheel RV when we got a "Service Emission's System, 175 mi Until 65 MPH Max Speed". Called the dealership and explained our situation to Mark Mallery in service. He was able to fit us in last minute to see what was going on. It was the DEF Tank Module, they were able to find one locally, get it installed, and even got us in for an oil change and fuel filter change (Need to be done anyway) and back on the road in about 3 hours. Great service and great crew. Thank You to the entire service department, as we are able to continue on our trip with no delay and peace of mind.
