Hands down, this is the best customer service I’ve ever received when buying a truck.   I was driving from Michigan to Kansas and  had a situation where the transmission in my truck blew up.   Not only did the Shawn and the service team bend over backwards to get my truck evaluated immediately , but also did everything they could to get the necessary parts in the next day to start fixing it.  We were connected immediately with Scott on the sales team and ultimately purchased a new truck.  Anthony expedited the purchase process and they had us ready to go in a matter of hours.   Kudos to Michael the GM for his role in this entire process and his leadership at Max Curnow.   I live in Michigan, but will definitely drive back to Missouri for my next truck.

I recently worked with Mikey Brookman purchasing my Sierra 1500. It was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. I live about 2 hours from this dealership. Before going to Max Curnow GMC, I started the buying process at a local dealer. It did not go well.
