Absolutely extraordinary experience with Sean the service manager as well as the tech that worked on our 2021 explorer hybrid. We took it to a local dealership in excelsior numerous times it cost thousands of dollars in repair and still had the same problem. We took it to Sean and the service tech at Max Ford and within one repair they fixed the entire totality of the problem and it didn't cost us a single penny. Expert diagnostic technicians and an absolutely superb service manager who knows how to understand, react, and fulfill the obligations and desires of the dealership and the customer service experience.
