This was our 4th time purchasing a Hyundai and by far the best & easiest experience we have ever had! Peyton H at Max Motors helped us get into the 2024 Santa Fe XRT. He took the time to truly listen to what we wanted and worked diligently to ensure that our needs and wants were met. Top notch customer service, always went above and beyond. Joleane in the service department has also been so helpful and accommodating when we come in for services on our Hyundais. I would like to end this mentioning I overheard another sales rep, who per Facebook has been a top seller for many, many months. While waiting at my service appointment I overheard a very loud conversation he was having with another customer. It seems a little silly to me to brag about being the only salesman who has sold a new Santa Fe and then going on to say the revamp on the 2024 model is "awful." That put a very bad taste in my mouth, and less than an hour later we purchased the "awful" re-modeled 2024 Santa Fe. Not sure really why a sales rep would be negative about a vehicle they would be selling or acting so unprofessional around others. Yikes. (This is the only negative thing I have to say about any of my times at Max Motors) Thanks again, Peyton & Joleane!!

Thanks Max Motors for trading me such a terrific vehicle and for taking the time to help us learn the basics of operating the new electric car. The whole process was quick and their patience with us was very much appreciated. If the service department is as easy to work with as the Sales department has been, we will have a dream experience. Nice job of helping us with this trade. My wife and I are very happy! Update. Well we went back and purchased a second new car from the same people as before. Once again Max Motors and Hayden Ford exceeded my expectations. Max Motors Hyundai of Manhattan has been the best dealership I have ever purchased cars from. So very helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. A great stress free place for us to have purchased two near cars within 3 months. Now we are set for a few years before we go back for our next new vehicles.

Very helpful and extremely nice. They got me in without an appointment and fixed the problem within a week. (A part needed ordering.) Will definitely come back if I have any other issues with my car.
