Great hassle free experience! I filled out the financing the day before they had the 2 models I was deciding between ready for a test drive when I got there. I had the pleasure to deal with John throughout the process and he was extremely knowledgeable gave some great insight and made me feel comfortable with my decision. The is the second car I bought from a Max Madsen dealer and honestly I won’t start my search anywhere else. Great people to deal with!!

Big shout out to this dealership. If I can give 10 stars I would. Service department was amazing. Tony and Megan are so friendly no high pressure concerning on other repairs needed. I had recall work done today and a tie rod and alignment done today. Got my car back as promised. The honesty by this staff is amazing. I will be back to get more work done. Who ever the mechanic was did a superb job on my repairs Thank you from the bottom of my heart

This is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Scott (one of the partners) was extremely friendly, never pushy to sell his cars, very knowledgable, and passionate about his Outlander PHEVs. Without even asking, he disclosed all quotes/invoices. All communications were prompt, clear and to the point. I would 100% recommend this dealership.
