I was really hoping to give 5 stars..they get 4 ONLY because AFTER the estimate for my damages were assessed and communicated, A NEW ISSUE was DISCOVERED AFTER partial payment was ALREADY processed. Gave me a PERFECT ESTIMATE, but the HIDDEN CHARGE was $150 plus for THE NEWFOUND DISCOVERY. Take it how you see fit. The only reason I didn't give the extra charge was because I needed my car tomorrow for a doctor's appointment at 9:40am and they open at 8am. That's cutting it too close to and instilling too much trust...{aka hidden fee}. the pricing WASNT absurd. Being as standard rotars for my vehicle start at $30-$50 and $150-$200 for high proformace. Just wasn't planned upon... That, and I don't like hidden fees

Greatly appreciate these guys! My car had been running a little loud for 2-3 weeks, and I tried to convince my-self it was just the cold. Then, half way home it suddenly got VERY loud. They were super nice and friendly about my dropping off the car to be looked at. And, once they determined the issue with the exhaust, they called me to est how much it would be to fix since it was the reason I had come in, but had smelled what they thought to be a coolant leak and said they'd look into it and call me back about that too if I wanted. I mean this in a positive way: These guys found a few things wrong with the car I didn't know were problems. I tote my three dogs to and fro work with me every day, and regularly drive 1hr+ to go on hikes with them, often in areas without cell reception. I can't begin to imagine the stress of headache things could have been if my car broke down with them. They absolutely saved me from a VERY bad day some time this spring/summer, and enough cannot be said about that!!! (:

I had to have my car towed here and with Barry's recommendation, it saved me a lot of $. He replaced the starter on my Honda CR-V at a reasonable cost. Very friendly and honest Service. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Finding a trustworthy auto mechanic is one of the most stressful things about moving to a new state. After going to the Volvo dealership (by default) and being quoted $800 for a part that cost $200 - I took a chance on Maxi Auto last year- and I'm so glad I did. Brian and Barry are terrific - fast, honest, plain-spoken, no BS, great service and super reasonable. As Brian put it "We're not here to get rich. We just want to make a living". Today, I took my car in for a minor repair and was told "no charge". Pays to be a loyal customer, I guess. Highly recommend.
