Ronald Schulz was my rep, I can't say enough but great things about him, Ron was very professional and enthusiastic about his work experience at Mazda Clearwater for the last seventeen years, he showed pride on it. Ron patiently explained and answered all my questions, set up my phone to the car and made the process easy. He is definitely the best! Jeff Spinger was in charge of the finance and paperwork process; he kindly updated me during the process of financing my car, doing the best to get me the best rate deal, he definitely found me the best one and made everything smooth and transparent. Buying a car is stressful but Ron and Jeff made me feel confidence and relax the whole time. I definitely recommend Mazda Clearwater dealership, they won't waste your time and include crazy fees and mark-ups like many other dealers, the price they give you is the actual price, nothing else. I ended up here because the reviews from others stating the same. This is my first Mazda and I love it! Thank you!

My lease was coming to an end and considering the current market, my situation (a very busy mom in a nutshell), and wanting to remain in a CX5, I found it challenging and more difficult this time figuring out what to do. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from (Tyrone) Clearwater Mazda, and have sent 2-3 other friends there who have also done the same. He was so busy but worked hard to get us in and get us what we needed in order to purchase this car. You can tell It’s not just a job but he cares for the people he is working to get a vehicle. He didn’t sales gimmick us, he was honest about the good, bad and ugly, and was celebrating our good credit score with us. His communication was amazing as well. He made it personal, didn’t sit there and brag, make it salesy, or pressure us at all. We asked a lot of questions about purchase v. Lease, package options, etc and he answered them so throughly. We left confident, informed and in a BEAUTIFUL vehicle! He will have our business as long as he is there!

I cannot state how happy I am with my Clearwater Mazda experience. From the initial communication, to the moment I drove away with the MX-5, I couldn't be happier. Every person I interacted with was professional, friendly, gave me the sense that I'm going to be taken care of now and in the future, and demonstrated what a car purchase experience SHOULD be like but is often not. I recently tried to purchase through Westshore Mazda. The experience was so poor BUT they did me a favor. Due to their behavior and inability to make a deal work, I was fortunate enough to land w/Clearwater Mazda and an even better deal! Lastly, their service waiting area is one of the best I've ever seen. They provide plenty of refreshments to keep you distracted while waiting for your service.
