I just took my car in for service bulletins and the advisor (who was super awesome) immediately called Mazda to get the approval. No hassles or questions like another dealer. It was an awesome and easy experience and they finished within a couple hours. The building is brand new and super nice, looks like a Mercedes dealership or something.
