Bought a car this week from Mazda and Edwin's  was an amazing salesperson with a ton of experience, young, eager and full of product knowledge. Been searching for a cx-30 for a while in the color and trim I wanted. Mazda of Palm Beach came through! Was finally able to find the one I was looking for ! Only one with the top trim, exterior, and interior combo in the region! Only thing left was reaching the right price. Jordan Aparicio along with his manager worked along with me and we were able to reach a solid deal in less than an hour over the phone! Once we met up, Jordan worked hard to make sure we were comfortable, while he got everything ready. After realizing the car needed a little more work to be done, he quickly got us a loaner to use in the meantime! After which he made sure to stay on it for us while it was being worked on in the shop! After a few days, the results? I came away a very happy guy!!!!

I've been a Mazda customer since 2020. I always recommend Mazda because safety is my top priority. The service is excellent. Recently, my lease came to an end and I went to Mazda of Palm Beach at Northlake. The salesperson who assisted me was EJ. He exceeded my expectations in terms of good customer service.
No pushing, no rush! ???? Very kind, patient, and empathetic.

I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Kannon. Both did an excellent job taking care of my concerns and worked very hard to ensure I was happy. I was able to be swapped out to something that I truly liked and felt comfortable in. Mazda of Palm Beach spent time with me to ensure I left with a smile.

Mark went the extra mile multiple times by ensuring I had a new battery on the car and new battery on the key fob, and full tank of gas. He was involved as a leader and not just a manager barking at his sales reps to close deals. I also didn’t feel like just a number too, I felt like I mattered as a customer.
