Special shoutout to the Sales Specialist Cole and Sales Manager John who helped me find the best car, they are patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. And the Finance Manager Scott explained everything clearly and made me feel confident and reassured in my decision. I’ve visited almost every dealership at the Roseville Automall, overall I can say that Mazda Roseville is a cut above the rest.

My brother, dad, and I all have Mazdas. We’ve chosen to stay with Mazda cars because of the service Mazda Roseville staff has provided and continues to provide with every visit. First off, very grateful to Niki and Bobby in the Service Department. They are the best. I, personally, am not a car person nor do I understand cars or the industry. This kind of stuff goes right over my head. Had some bad luck with a certified preowned Mazda bought at a Future Honda in Citrus Heights (don’t go there) that ended up crapping out on me less than a year after purchase. Jordan, our Specialist, and Jason, in the main office, both really went out of their way to help me out in this pickle. Both Jordan and Jason really came through and jumped through hoops to make a purchase happen same day for me. So on Saturday 4/13/24 I was able to drive off the lot with my first brand new car ever. Cristi made the financial paperwork process so quick and smooth. Their patience (with me), transparency, professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness is incomparable and is something I have not experienced at any other dealership.
