The environment was low key and easy going and I did not feel pushed or hurried. All my questions were answered and I left driving my first brand new truck ever! I purchased a used 2020 Nissan Rogue from Mazzei Chevrolet, and Michael Wallace was my salesperson. From the first time he responded to my online inquiry via email, to the last moment I waved at him driving off the lot, he was a consummate professional - helpful, willing to find out further info if needed, made me feel at ease and not rushed. He had a very calm vibe about him and was the opposite of pushy. The experience I had at the dealership and with Michael was pleasant, and even the dealership premises were clean and spotless. All the staff made sure we were taken care of through the entire process (even my puppy, who was with me the entire time!) and I drove away a very happy customer! I even had some follow-up questions, with Michael answered 2 days after my purchase.
