I've had a beyond phenomenal experience with McCarthy's. Easy, quick and smooth auto buying experience. I saw a listing for a Honda Element, called and Oz had me in, test driving and signed within an hour or so. If you want a smooth and exceptional experience, go see Oz! He's not only professional, he's hilarious and just a rad, fun dude to talk to. I will definitely be buying my cars through McCarthy's from now on. Owner of McCarthy's was gracious, kind, and honest in pricing the value of my vehicle while conducting business in his establishment recently. I walked away with a check in hand for a fair price according to blue book. I wasted time with Toyota in San Luis Obispo twice over a 3 month time span and was disappointed in their underhanded tactics that rendered lower offers than the car was worth. At McCarthy's I was treated with respect and got the closure in selling my vehicle quickly without hassle. I am extremely thrilled over the ethics McCarthy's dealership employs with their customers.

My experience at McCarthy’s just a few days ago was absolutely wonderful! I have nothing but good things to say about Jimi and his team. It was my first time buying a car all on my own and initially I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect, but Jimi made the experience easy-going as he explained everything straightforwardly! McCarthys SLO exceeded all of my expectations. Not only did they have some great cars to choose from but their sales rep, Jimi and finance guy, Cody, went above and beyond to help me get a vehicle. Their sense of urgency, kindness and overall personalities made me feel both super cared for and eager to work with them. Jimi truly knocked it out of the park. This guy could not be more cool and funny! As someone who's been to lots of dealerships over the years, Jimi truly takes the cake for being the nicest and non-pushy sales rep i've EVER encountered. His rad attitude and and positive thinking truly helped me stay a lot less stressed during the car buying situation. Jimi and Cody both were phenomenal putting in extra time and work while short staffed to get me financed and into a great car. Cody specifically took time to look into a couple of different options so that I could drive off the lot with the best deal. McCarthy's is extremely lucky to have the guys they have and I would wholeheartedly recommend using them over a name brand car dealership ANYDAY. You honestly won't get the genuine personalities these guys displayed anywhere else. Thanks again!
