He didn't push me to purchase, advocated on my behalf to increase my trade in value with his manager and was very professional and answered every question I had and I had a lot of questions. The finance man, Marcello was also very knowledgeable as Gabriel was. Enjoyed the entire vehicle buying experience. They made it easy. They even delivered the vehicle to my town hall so I didn't have to do hardly anything. Both Gabriel and Marcello are very competent in their jobs. I highly recommend working with them.

We went in looking for what we hoped to find, and with the help of Joaquin ("Waqi"), we found it: A low, low mileage 2023 Bronco Sport at a great price. All the staff were great. Financing and insurance details were handled quickly and easily. I don't think we were there for any longer than 90 minutes, tops. Very happy with our experience at McGovern.

The best customer service! Excellent buying experience from Kyle, supported by Chris the Manager, for the purchase of a new vehicle. Knowledgeable and accommodating to my unique needs and timeline. Within two weeks of purchase I was involved in a parking lot accident, Chris and Kyle helped facilitate the appointment with the adjustor and body shop. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience.
