I had several questions on the leasing process as I had never explored this option before. We went in several test drives and even went to the other lot to look at additional options. It was there that I found the vehicle I ended up choosing to lease. Luis walked me through all the options and was very knowledgeable about the differences wheat each trim came with. Upon signing, I made it clear I needed the car within the next 3 days. They had me all squared away as requested and I was happy with my lease! Stopped in to look at a used car. I spoke with Warren at the door and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Warren was great. Very respectful and helpful during the negotiation process. As a matter of fact the entire team at McGovern was great. I give them an A. The detailing staff got a b- because I had to clean up quite a dew spots they should have addressed. Otherwise I would definitely recommend these folks. I hate buying cars but they made it stress free and enjoyable. That doesn't happen often. Thanks again Warren

Amazing car buying experience my salesman was Tony and he was excellent. So helpful,friendly,and attentive. I would highly recommend Tony if you are looking to purchase a vehicle! The whole dealership was such a friendly atmosphere I felt they treat you like family. I’m more than satisfied with my purchase and if you are in the market for a vehicle McGovern is great! Also wanted to mention Charles who assisted with finance he was also great! He had attention to detail and explained everything so well. McGovern is lucky to have these 2 people they are a great reflection of their dealership!

Once we pulled up at the dealership we were greeted by a very polite and friendly man (Warren Rice) he was super helpful and knowledgeable. We were presented with different options and were given the time and opportunity to make the decision that best suited us. The staff in whole were friendly; the dealership itself was well kept and it smelled wonderful!* the turn around time to pick up my vehicle was as promised. Warren kept a constant conversation with me, keeping me in the loop of each update. Overall, our experience at Kia of Norwood was excellent.
