Salesman Connor was amazing. I was specifically looking for a manual transmission Tacoma and these are NOT easy to come by. Connor was able to locate the perfect Tacoma for me that was at another location about an hour away. He did not hesitate and immediately went to go pick up the Tacoma so I could have it before the weekend. AMAZING service and very friendly. Highly recommend!

We just purchased a vehicle from McGovern Toyota. Our representative, Brad, was friendly and helpful. He gave us a thorough explanation of the car and answered our questions patiently. After purchasing the car, he went the extra mile to connect our phone to the car system and had the car cleaned with a full tank of gas. The manager, Matt, allowed us to pay for the car by a flexible payment so we can afford it. We were also offered an extended warranty by Chris. We thought it was a good deal but could not make up our mind due to the overwhelming details of the contract. If you are interested in extended warranty, you should do some research beforehand and see if he can offer something to fit your needs. It will save you time as Chris is the busiest person in the dealership. I recommend you make a stop there if you are looking for a car and it is worth the time spent.

Connor Henderson is a 5-star pro. He made our purchase experience effortless and enjoyable. We showed up to see what they had in stock for fairly-simple used cars for our newly-turned 18-year-old. Connor treated us like we were there to buy a brand new top-dollar car! Couldn’t have been more cool, patient, interesting, and interesTED in making sure we/our son got the right vehicle with ease. He had a great balance between fun/casual and very professional as his knowledge of makes and models was superior. In our 4 visits to Connor, we also had the pleasure of meeting (practically) all of the sales staff including the manager - who was very kind! Furthermore, the last person we dealt with for signatures and payment - Geno - was super professional while also full of fun stories about his own purchase of his first car… a hot rod… and a Toyota, naturally! From the first day we walked into the dealership, through the last day with Connor handing our son his keys, we felt very well cared for. Looking forward to having this solid and reliable 2017 Camry Hybrid for Years to come! One last note… I was so excited to point out the following to my son each time we visited the 4 local dealerships on his list: don’t just look for the perfect Car for you, look for the perfect Dealership for you. I illustrated that after purchasing a car, it seems like the Toyota experience is over, right? Not so! It’s quite literally just the beginning. Each dealership we visited, we took a Quick Look around to note the vibe, the comfort of the customer waiting areas (say, when the customer waits for a service), the general feel of the dealership. Reminding him that he’d be coming back yearly for any appointments, I wanted him to imagine the experience. Toyota’s post-purchase experience is as good as its sales experience! (We’ve owned a few Toyotas from this dealership and have found the service element top notch). Plus… if you have to wait for your car, they’ve got nice views, nice people, spacious surroundings, and who can beat an interior Putting Green? Come on. All four dealerships had pro’s in these categories, but Toyota of Portsmouth takes the cake. Thanks again to Connor for walking us through a phenomenal experience. I just had the pleasure of buying a car from Toyota of Portsmouth. I cannot say enough good things. Jayden McPherson was my car salesman and he was such a pleasure to work with for this whole process. He made everything from start to finish a really good and smooth experience. Also the financial manager Marc Blake was seriously on top of it as well and got me in and out of there in no time. Thank you so much guys, I am in love with my car.

Easy dealership to work with. After seeing the truck we have been searching for online, I started talking with Lisa via email and then when I came in I met Rich I.. My wife and I took the truck for a ride and spent sometime going over it. In the end we purchased it for the online offer Lisa gave us. No games, clean car properly prepared for delivery. Ohh and we traveled 90 min for the deal, it was worth it. We will do business with them again if the opportunity arises. Cheers!
