I asked her so many questions and she answered every single one of them very briefly in a way I understood and had enough clarity. My friend was looking for a 2014 Seltos We had been treated very badly by Classic Kia in Waukegan Zack treated us with the dignity and respect we deserved. He stayed past closing til 9:30 pm on Thursday night. We bought a car on Saturday morning. He was able to get her a great car at a price she could afford. He was able to get the color and trim she wanted! There were some hiccups along the way just like any time you buy a car. I highly recommend them. Especially if you do your homework ahead of time!
