I had initially brought my vehicle in shortly after buying it due to a tire that wasn’t holding air (Nov). So @ one point they gave me a new tire when they determined the old one wasn’t fixable. Then shortly later, my tire kept going low again & I thought it was the same problem. When I had a pop-up notice that my parking brake needed to be serviced, I brought it in then and asked for them to also check the tire but it got missed and so I had to schedule another appointment when I realized that. It ended up I had picked up a nail so they took it off and patched it and now it’s holding air so alI is now finally good.

The service department is outstanding!! They fixed an ongoing problem I had in Oregon. The mechanics didn’t stop until my Acadia was working perfectly. The shuttle driver, Tifanie, was polite, friendly and professional. I requested her for my pickup and drop off both times. This is the best service department I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
