I came in initially because I saw Alex Begelow on TikTok! (seriously). I saw some of the videos he made regarding the different models and we ended up scheduling a test drive with him.

He was patient, knowledgeable, and kind! Which is exactly what you need while looking for a car. I ended up purchasing the CX-50 and couldn’t be happier. This is my first new car purchase and everyone on the team made that a great experience for my partner and I.

Went on Saturday - 04/06/24 and it couldn’t have gone any smoother!  The oil changed took a couple of hours and they kept me informed the entire time with texts AND video of the step by step oil change! I had never gotten video of a car service!  The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and all genuinely looked like they were having fun at work which made it that much easier to be there on a Saturday morning.

He really knew about every feature of the car I was looking at and when we test drove a few for comparison, he helped identify the differences and determine which car made the most sense for us.
