I came in initially because I saw Alex Begelow on TikTok! (seriously). I saw some of the videos he made regarding the different models and we ended up scheduling a test drive with him. He was patient, knowledgeable, and kind! Which is exactly what you need while looking for a car. I ended up purchasing the CX-50 and couldn’t be happier. This is my first new car purchase and everyone on the team made that a great experience for my partner and I. Sean Schaffer (our finance person) was also great! Made the last steps of the process easy to understand and great personality. Mark the Sales Manager was also really friendly and gave us tickets to a car show :) Kudos to the whole team and can’t wait to see their new location (across the street) when it opens up. Went on Saturday - 04/06/24 and it couldn’t have gone any smoother! The oil changed took a couple of hours and they kept me informed the entire time with texts AND video of the step by step oil change! I had never gotten video of a car service! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and all genuinely looked like they were having fun at work which made it that much easier to be there on a Saturday morning.

I had a great experience with McGrath City Mazda. Alex had a straightforward, pleasant, upbeat approach that made the process so much easier. He really knew about every feature of the car I was looking at and when we test drove a few for comparison, he helped identify the differences and determine which car made the most sense for us. The showroom was comfortable as is with good coffee and filtered water but I'm sure once the new showroom opens, it will be even better. I would definitely work with them again.

Service was excellent from beginning to end. Alexis our sales agent was very professional and Spike financial officer explained clearly all details about the financial process and options available for me to take care of our new CX-50.
