I would simply like to take a moment of my time to personally thank Karl in the Hyandai service department. I have been having issues with my Tuscan for awhile now and it seemed to me that nobody was listening since my issue has been ongoing for some time now as a young single mother it made me feel like I was stupid and to be honest it was kind of driving me crazy that nobody would just simply listen. Karl and his team (multiple employees helped calm me down and reassured me that I came to the right place) were wonderful and made me feel that me and my daughter’s safety was their main priority. I won’t lie I had a really bad picture painted in my head about McGrath but yesterday changed that. I would recommend this team of genuine hard working people for any service work! I hope that this reaches them and that they soak this up cause you deserve all the compliments! There was another person whose name I have no idea is but to the women who talked to a very anxiety stricken women on the phone Saturday June 13th around lunchtime, you gave me more reassurance and sympathy then you’ll ever know I needed.
