Great staff. I questioned oil change intervals. 3000 miles like clockwork with synthetic? I personally change the synthetic oil on my 15 year old Mazda at 10k, it has nearly 140k on it. Their staff supervisor took the time to explain that the manufacturer's recommendation is 1 year, regardless of mileage. I appreciate the level of concern and time taken to address my concerns. No one is perfect, but if something is amiss, they do their best to rectify or mitigate the issue.
