Took my R8 to a great service advisor who knew her stuff. She kept me well informed about everything my Audi needed. Then after all that she offered to have my R8 drop off and the gentleman who dropped off my car was very professional and courteous guy kept my car safe. Will definitely bring back my car back. Need to update my review from 2022... I was told the Service Department has a new manager, and that must explain the total shift in customer service. The service departmentartment is GREAT. Service is completed in a timely manner, service agents keep you updated. Today, a service was going to take longer than expected, they kept me informed and then realized it would take longer and got me a car to take me home. My service issue was completely a car wash issue, nothing to do with Audi whatsoever. However, the service department went ABOVE & BEYOND in fixing my car and making sure it looked pretty and shiny again. THANKS AGAIN! Eric Wassgren
