To say the service, customer interaction, and communication is top notch would be shooting too low for explaining just how good they really are! Easily the best dealership experience I have ever had! Porsche has some of the best people for this dealership and they should consider themselves lucky that such great people want to be part of thier corporate image! After flawless communication, they went above and beyond and gave gifts(a Porsche Branded Cup Set), and did a full detail inside and out of the car. I don't have better words to explain how good they really are! I am a forever customer now!

I can’t say enough about the customer service at McKenna Porsche. I own a 911 Carrera S and every time I take it for service Isaac who is my advisor always provides excellent customer service, he makes sure that there is a loaner car available for me, keeps me updated on the status of my service, and even details my car so it looks impecable when I pick it up. He goes above and beyond what’s expected of him. On one occasion something went wrong with my car and it stalled in the middle of major street, I called Isaac and he met my husband with a loaner car and took our car back to the dealer.. we were very grateful!
