Another great experience at McKevitt Volvo, San Leandro, CA. I purchased a car from Jeff, who was an experienced and friendly salesman, and he made the sales process so easy. I've had a few other items taken care of there, namely a tire patch and a ripped tire from a pothole. They arranged a Lyft for me, and quickly took care of the repairs. My latest mishap was yet another flat tire from construction debris. Perla, the Service rep, hearing my need for a car due to out of town visitors and a wedding, personally went to pick up the tire, so that the tire could be replaced in 4 hours! That was outstanding service by a very kind and professional member of the McKevitt team. I will highly recommend this dealership and repair department to anyone who asks about my beautiful, red Volvo XC40. It's a super safe, supper classy electric car with a wonderful ride, and the back up service is like icing on the cake!
