Great dealer! Had the car we asked about sitting out front ready for us to drive. Salesperson Mario was great to assist us in buying the car. General Manager Travis was on top of it to make the deal happen .

Clarence Davis helped my dad and I with a quick and smooth buy. Choosing and buying a car can be very stressful but the people at McKinney Buick GMC made it very easy. I came up here for a specific used car that I found online and ended up leaving with the car the same day. The entire process with seemless and smooth. My car salesman Andrew as well as the rest of the team were excellent and worked hard to get my monthly payment within my budget. They didn’t try to convince me to buy something I couldn’t afford. Typically I feel like dealerships are trying to pull one over on me, but that wasn’t the sentiment here. I felt these guys were on my side, and I would for sure buy another from these guys again. 10/10 experience

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Sierra 1500 Denali, and let me tell you, this dealership experience was top-tier! As soon as I expressed interest online, Alex, the internet sales director, was on it. I had concerns about my trade-in and the dreaded negative equity, but Alex assured me that he could make it work—and he did. The next morning, I met Tee, my sales rep, who took me on a joyride in a couple of Denalis. We cruised around, letting the V8 engines sing. Tee and Alex then laid out all my options—lease versus buy, different down payments—giving me full control to make the best decision. Total transparency. Before I left to get my wife’s input, Travis, the new sales director and Alex, stepped in and sweetened the deal even more. When I returned the next day with my wife, the truck was ready and waiting, detailed, tinted, and looking sharp. Tee made sure we were comfortable, gave us a grand tour of the dealership, introduced us to the leadership and service team, and even kept the kids entertained with popcorn and drinks. Then it was off to see Gabrial in finance. Gabrial made the process smooth as butter, explaining all the options and even convincing me to add on three packages. I thought I was an expert at dodging upsells, but Gabrial’s got some serious skills! And a special shoutout to Travis and Alex-They look like they double as the dealership’s security team, making sure your deal is as solid as they are. If you’re looking for a place where the team goes above and beyond, look no further. Five stars all the way!
