John, Kyler and Jordan were so helpful and very knowledgeable as well as funny keeping the experience of buying a car less stressful in my opinion. They really reeled me in and hooked me but I am so happy with the features on the Mazda cx-50. I would recommend 10/10.

Kristy did a wonderful job of showing my wife a few cars she was interested in including the one she would eventually fall in love with. A 2022 Mazda CX-9 Touring Plus. The next day I ended up working with Dan in miserable weather to negotiate a fair deal in Kristy's absence. Dan's honesty (rare for sales people imo) and straightforwardness matched mine perfectly. He is very knowledgeable about the product which I consider a must in dealing with me. We negotiated like gentlemen, no high pressure salesmanship which I despise. Did I get the absolute cheapest deal that included my wife's trade? I don't think I did imo but that's is business as its played. Could I have been more aggressive in my negotiating? Probably. Did I get a fair deal that my wife and I felt comfortable with? I think so, and with a salesman and person that Dan is. McKinney is lucky to have him. Ask for Dan, he'll make the car buying experience comfortable and pleasant.
