This was my first time buying from a dealership & it was an absolutely incredible experience! I was fortunate enough to have Dale Price as my salesman & he seriously could not have made the process any easier or more enjoyable, especially for a first time buyer with lifelong anxiety! Mr. Price was extremely helpful, pleasant & incredibly personable. I not only got a gorgeous new car, I also gained a wonderful new friend in Dale! I seriously cannot recommend Dale Price at McKinnon Toyota enough! 10/10 experience! :)

Peyton was extremely helpful from the beginning. We conveyed what we were seeking in a car and he provided us with multiple options within the parameters we set. Within 15 minutes of walking into the dealership we had narrowed the search down to two cars. We test drove both were quickly given detailed payment plans on each vehicle. We were provided with respect, care, and efficient service throughout our entire experience there. Can’t recommend Peyton (and McKinnon as a whole) enough.

I wanted the new Prius and they are hard to find. I was told by a dealer in Texas that it might be months before we get them here. I put the word out of what I wanted. Matt contacted me letting me know that one was coming in. Did everything over the phone, flew into Birmingham where they had a driver pick me up and went to the dealership to pick up the car. It was a very smooth transaction and I appreciate the good customer service.

Channon Talley was great to work with. He was respectful, genuine, and very responsive when I initially called with questions and once we arrived at the dealership. Glad to have been able to work with him and the entire McKinnon Toyota crew to purchase my new vehicle.

Through an online search I did, Peyton Carroll from McKinnon Toyota received my information and called me. I wasn't ready to purchase just yet, but he kept up communication with me weekly which I encouraged until I decided what I wanted. After I found the car with the options I wanted, Peyton kept me updated until it arrived. He explained everything so there were no surprises when my husband and I got to the dealership. He even helped me save money through a promotion that I wasn't aware of. This was the first time that I bought a car without even seeing it, but it exceeded my expectations in every way possible! Clanton is not in my area, but I'm glad I made the trip, and I'm glad Peyton Carroll was our salesman!
