Lance made this the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! My car had been totalled in an accident so I was already stressed without having a pushy sales person. Lance took time to answer all my questions, ensure that I was happy with the car, explained safety features, made sure I knew all the buttons in my car and how to use them, and so much more! I have been singing his praises to friends and family and recommend anyone to see him for a car. There is also another young man named Trey that helped me when Lance was with a other client. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If I ever need another car I will be coming back!!

After engaging with several dealers and being misled, stalled, not heard, and given the go around, I went to Mazda on a “well since I’m here” type of whim. Mazda was not on my car radar whatsoever. After my interaction with the Nissan, next door, and several others prior, I was lacking faith in finding a dealer who was transparent, honest, and just real. I know every potential customer has $$$ floating above their heads… but I don’t need to feel it. At Mazda, it felt like a genuine interaction. Making quick introductions with Trey, I had to reschedule a viewing for another day. Return trip, went in for a certain model and a specific price point. Trey let me shop at my own pace, while being present and attentive to concerns and needs. If there was something he didn’t know, he was honest about it, while also doing instant research and providing the info requested. I ended up leaving in a different, more satisfying model, at the same specific price point. Cars sell themselves. I could’ve gone with any model, from any dealer, but it was the people here that sold me. From the lot, to purchase, to handing over the keys, everyone I interacted with at McLarty Mazda was personable, polite and present. It was refreshing.

The people here are very approachable. They will really help you according to what you need and what you can afford. I really appreciate their help. Special mention to Tristen Dabolt. He is really good and very helpful from start to finish. All transactions are smooth. Update: we traded our 2023 cx-5 with a 2024 cx-50 Preferred. Everything went smoothly.
