My wife and have visited many dealerships in our area searching for the right truck to purchase. When we found a truck that we were interested in on McLaughlin Ford's website. They suggested a reasonable deposit to hold the truck til we arrived a few days later over our concern that it may not be there when we arrived. We test drove and decided to purchase it because of the condition and price. The staff at McLaughlin Ford were very cordial and went to great lenths to make us feel important and it was apparent that they appreciated our being there. I highly recommend them. Other than waiting almost 10 months for my 2024 Ford Ranger, (no fault of McLaughlin Motors) everything was great. The 2024 Ranger is a beautiful truck with lots of added new features. Well worth waiting for. McLaughlin Motors was great to work with. Adele had us in and out in reasonable time. The place to go to buy your new/used vehicle.

My wife and I were looking for a 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid. We were checking vehicles in the Sumter area and had previously purchased a 2022 For F150 from McLaughlin Ford and had a great experience with that purchase, so we went by there. They didn't have the vehicle my wife was looking for, but as we were about to leave a white Bronco caught her eye. A salesman sitting on a golf cart in the parking walked up to us and introducing himself as Chris. We then took the vehicle for a test drive and my wife fell in love with the 2022 Bronco Sport Big Bend edition. Chris then took into his office to begin the process. We had an Odyssey that we wanted to trade but were upside down on. Carol the finance lady was trying her best to get the deal to work, but it seemed it wasn't possible. We told Chris and Carol thanks, but we were going to hold off with a while and we left and were heading back home. Before we could get out of Sumter Carol called us and advised she was able to work it out and we headed back to the dealership. Chris was waiting us and walked with us back to the office. Within a matter of minutes Carol had it worked out and the paperwork ready. We were able to get the Bronco at a lower cost than we thought, and it lowered our insurance cost. Chris was very knowledge about the Bronco and show us all the features it had. The whole experience was fantastic and both Chris and Carol went out of their way to work with us to make the deal happen. They also made it feel like a family environment and there was no real stress. There needs to be more dealerships like McLaughlin Ford, and we will continue to buy future vehicles from them.

Terrific experience! After spending the day contacting/visiting 9 other Ford dealership we found our deal on a hard-to-find Maverick at McLaughlin Motors. Specifically, Adele was direct and no-nonsense in her approach with us, explaining the details of the deals with no ambiguity. After trying to work with the other dealerships, she was the first that we felt was straight with us, and was also the most seasoned representative we saw. Likewise, the completion of the transaction with the finance office was relatively quick and painless. I would highly recommend the team at McLaughlin for their next Ford purchase.
